We currently ship to the UK only and offer free shipping on all garments. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us using the details on this page to discuss your requirements.
Orders are dispatched using the Collect Plus Standard service (2 - 3 working days). This enables both parties to track delivery status through a unique shipping code, and ensures that your garments are covered by a suitable level of insurance whilst in transit.
Due to the made to order nature of our manufacturing process, we will confirm a lead time for construction on receipt of your order. We will then keep you informed once it is complete, has passed our thorough quality control checks, and is ready to be dispatched.

RE-Structured orders placed before 2pm on a business day will be shipped on the same day, provided there are no problems with checkout. Please be aware, orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
Repairs
After placing your order, please send your denim to us at the address on this page. We strongly recommend only using a trackable, signed for service with a suitable level of insurance to cover the value of your garments whilst in transit with your chosen courier, as any loss or damage before it reaches us is the responsibility of the sender.
Upon completion of the repair, we use CollectPlus Economy service (3 - 5 working days) to return your denim. This keeps shipping costs transparent and as low as possible for our customers, enables both parties to track delivery status through a unique shipping code, and offers a range of insurance options depending on the value of your garments. Return shipping labels are prepaid as confirmation of your order and the following options are available:
• £50 insurance, signature on delivery - £3.99 (max 2kg weight)
• £100 insurance, signature on delivery - £5.99 (max 2kg weight)
• £200 insurance, signature on delivery - £6.99 (max 2kg weight)
• £300 insurance, signature on delivery - £8.99 (max 2kg weight)
